How much weight can I expect to lose?
We can only give average weight loss statistics which is 8lbs. However, our highest loss in a week has been as much as 22lbs

Will I really see a difference in my shape?
The exercises are designed to not just burn fat but also tone the body. Our average loss is 12". Your shape will change!

What happens if I get an injury?
All the Staff are highly trained and qualified to avoid injuries occurring. However, in the event of an injury you will be treated by a fully qualified doctor. We also have a trained Rehab expert and a Sports massage therapist at each camp.

Is the food good quality?
All our food is locally sourced and free range. We believe in quality and do not compromise on our food.

I am Vegan. Will you be able to cater for me?
Yes. We send out a comprehensive questionnaire before your Camp asking for all dietary requirements, likes, dislikes and allergies.

I dont drive. Can I be collected from a nearby Station?
Yes. On booking we will give you details of the nearest train station and arrange a collection time.

Do I need to be fit to come to Bootcamp?
You don't need to arrive fit but you will leave much fitter. Upon booking, we send out a couple of suggested exercises (like walking) that you can start prior to the camp.

Is it only a weight loss camp?
Some use Bootcamp as a fitness boost/challenge or to improve there fitness levels. Others come to loss weight and also challenge themselves and improve their fitness levels.

I am concerned I will be the least fit person. Will I get left behind?
Never. The training will challenge each person. You will all work at your own level of intensity so will benefit no matter what your fitness level.

I am not a good runner. Is there a lot of running?
Some will be running, others will be walking. Our Trainers will encourage you to run (if you are able). They know exactly how far to push to achieve your best results.

I have never really exercised and was not good at sport at school. Does that matter?
Not at all. There will be something that you are good at. Some will find running their vice, others will have a punch like Mohamid Ali!
