    open quote I decided to book myself on a bootcamp after experiencing a difficult year. I've always been into fitness but lost motivation and direction. I can't thank the Fit bootcamp team enough, Staff N and Staff S really know their stuff! After being introduced to Kettlebells I can't imagine my life without them, yes really! It's taken me years to realise am happy looking and feeling strong and fit. They teach you that our bodies can cope with more than what we realise, performing at it's best on less food, however, the right balance of food.

    I'm now confident that I can maintain and reach my fitness goals having been to bootcamp. It's been money well spent. I'm definitely looking forward to joining some fitness days in the near future. close quote

Fantastic instructors with a wicked sense of humour, often vital when wielding a kettlebell above your head. Would thoroughly recommend it, and desperately trying to fit in more into my diary! close quote

    open quote On my first experience of meeting Staff N and Staff G, I turned up totally unfit and if I’m honest totally terrified. However I need not have been because you are made to feel that you can take things at your own pace, albeit remaining part of a group but working together to achieve a better fitness level. I left that experience tired but also extremely proud of myself. I had also gained enough fitness confidence to tackle the London to Brighton bike ride last year, something I would never have managed before. I had also gained enough fitness knowledge to maintain an exercise regime that is achievable in my own home whether it’s fitting in some sit ups between the ad breaks of TV programmes or finding enough time to go for a jog or run. I found the gym boring so having the knowledge to maintain fitness for free was a huge bonus.
    I went home totally invigorated and with renewed ideas to keep fit. Also armed with all the healthy recipes for the food we had eaten and enough confidence to consider a half marathon later this year! close quote

    open quote I was amazed at how much my fitness level increased in a short space of time – and how much trimmer I look already. FIT has also been a very good kick start to taking more exercise and getting fitter. Although my job is very busy I am determined to fit exercise into my daily routine. Last week I went jogging during my lunch break on three days. I do not always have a lunch break but I am sure that my increased fitness, and the lunchtime jog has made me more productive at work. It has also helped deal with what is at times a very stressful job. close quote
