Weekend Bootcamp

A taster to wet your appetite of what our weeks hold in-store. You could use a weekend as training prior to entering a sporting event or to experience something new, lose a few lbs or give yourself a fitness kick start, our weekends are fun and will not disappoint. We also offer totally bespoke weekends, something unique for you and friends to experience and enjoy.

What is included?

  • All fitness training from our military Physical Training Instructors!
  • All food which is freshly prepared and locally sourced
  • After care advise for as long as you need it! Once a FIT member you are always a FIT member and you will never be forgotten.
  • Accommodation in our Bunk Barns
  • Any recipes that you would like to take home with you. Once home, we will always send you more
  • Pre and post training programs

What's instore during your weekend

The weekends usually start on a Friday and run through to Monday.  As with the weeks, the days start early and will include varied intensive fitness sessions throughout the day. Circuit training, Kettlebells, Core Training, Log Runs and Command Tasks will be included during the weekend.  Weekends are the perfect fitness boost ,  come and see what a week could have instore to improve your fitness.  Our weekends can be Sports Specific, for keen runners for example, we have weekends that  can include a half marathon or weekends that are designed for pre-marathon training.  We have a number of locations for these weekends  all over the country depending on the organised event.

Bespoke

We can organise totally bespoke weekends.  'Sports Specific', perfect for a Club pre season training, 'Corporate Team Building', an original and fun way of building morale and finding natural leaders! 'Celebratory Get-together', if you are looking for a completely different weekend with a group of friends, training with  the military experiencing what it feels like to be in the British forces. Perfect for Hen Parties, with evenings free to do as your please!  Whatever your requirements, we listen to your goals and create something unique for you.

Nutrition

Food is one of the most important parts of FIT Bootcamp as it is this that helps to fuel your body through the training.  All our food is of the highest quality and where possible locally sourced, always fresh and nutritionally balanced.  It is designed to help your body recover from each day of training and replenish your energy levels.  It is rich in nutrients and proteins and has been thoughtfully compiled to help you get the most out of the weekend.

    Gloucestershire

    Set in over 2.5 acres of original farm land and surrounded by a further 6 acres of a former quarry, now a nature reserve, the accommodation has various decks and seating areas from which you can enjoy stunning views over the Cotswolds and Windrush Valley. Set on a National Trust Estate, the near by woodlands and grounds are perfect for outdoor fitness training. Half way between Oxford and Cheltenham, in the centre of the Cotswolds, it is easy to reach from anywhere in UK. The Cotswolds are very central and accessible, and one of the prettiest areas. Just off the main A40 about an hour from Heathrow.
