Bootcamp

Everyone is working really well this week on the boot camp in Falmouth. It is only Tuesday and already we they have enjoyed a mammoth kettlebell session, serious fartlek session on the beach and a game of lacrosse to name but a few of the sessions over the last two days. If your not there your missing out! We look forward to seeing you all on a camp soon keep your eye on the blog to see how the week progresses.

  • I'd be having my first bootcamp ever this coming month. My new company sponsored it to me and other new programmers. I am looking forward not just for the new knowledge I'd be acquiring but also for new friendship and camaraderie.
