			<description>&lt;p&gt;We receive many enquiries from Males about attending our Bootcamp.  Many are too nervous to book or think we only cater for women as our website consists of many photographs of women.  Our website is predominantly full of these photographs but this is because they are less camera shy and 'public' camera shy.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We cater for anyone that wants to get fit and live a healthier lifestyle.  Our bootcamps are tough for anyone; we get results through sheer hard work, not lack of food.  It doesnt matter how fit you are, there will always be someone fitter and you will always be pushed beyond what you thought you were capable of.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Whether you are male of female, our only interest is that you leave us fitter, healthier, more confident, happier and weighing less, if weight loss is also part of your requirement.  We are not a quick fix bootcamp, we are a life changing bootcamp hence our motto, 'A week of effort, a lifetime of results'.  &lt;/p&gt;
